Ninja Creami Ice Cream Recipes

I’ve had so much fun playing around with my Ninja Creami lately, and I swear it’s turned me into a full-on ice cream-making machine. There’s just something so satisfying about freezing a simple little pint and watching it transform into the creamiest scoop right at home. Once I realized how easy it was to customize every single flavor, I kind of fell down the rabbit hole and started creating all kinds of combos my whole family now asks for on repeat.

That’s how this little roundup came to be. I wanted to pull together all my favorite flavors in one place so you can try them too. From classic scoops to fun dessert-inspired mixes, each one has its own personality and takes just a few minutes of hands-on time. If you’re new to the Ninja Creami, these recipes are the perfect place to start. And if you’ve had yours for a while, I hope this helps you find a couple new flavors to fall in love with.

In this collection you’ll find everything from rich Cookies and Cream to a silky Vanilla Bean, plus a high-protein vanilla that tastes like a treat but works great for busy mornings. I’ve also included my Strawberry Cheesecake version that always disappears first in my house, a refreshing Mint Chocolate Chip, and a fun campfire-style S’mores scoop. They’re all easy, all delicious, and they all remind me why I’m obsessed with this little machine.

Ninja Creami Cookies and Cream Ice Cream

I love making this one because it hits that perfect balance of creamy and crunchy, and it always feels like such a treat without needing much effort at all. It starts with a simple vanilla base that freezes beautifully, then the machine works its magic and turns it into the creamiest scoop. Once the Oreos get mixed in, every spoonful tastes like something I’d happily eat straight from a pint on the couch after a long day. It’s quick to prepare, fun to spin, and one of those recipes my kids ask for the moment they hear me pulling out the Creami.

Ninja Creami Vanilla Bean Ice Cream

This one feels like such a classic to me, and it always reminds me why simple ingredients can taste so special when they’re done right. The vanilla beans give the base a warm, cozy flavor that feels a little fancy even though the whole process takes just a few minutes to prep. Once it spins, the Creami turns it into the smoothest, creamiest scoop, and I always catch myself sneaking a taste before it even makes it to a bowl. It’s the kind of recipe I reach for when I want something comforting, easy, and just a little bit nostalgic.

Servings: 1 Ninja Creami Pint

Ingredients:

  • 240 ml whole milk
  • 120 ml heavy cream
  • 70 g confectioners’ sugar
  • 2 whole vanilla pods, split and seeds scraped (or 1–1½ tsp vanilla extract, if preferred)
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions:

  1. Use a sharp knife to slice the vanilla pods lengthwise and scrape out the seeds.

  2. Add the vanilla seeds, whole milk, heavy cream, confectioners’ sugar, and salt to a jug.

  3. Whisk the mixture until the sugar dissolves and the vanilla seeds are fully blended.

  4. Pour the base into your Ninja Creami pint, secure the lid, and freeze on a flat surface for 24 hours.

  5. When fully frozen, take the pint out of the freezer.

  6. Place it into the Ninja Creami and run the Ice Cream cycle.

  7. If the texture looks crumbly, add 1–2 tablespoons of milk to the center and run the Mix-In cycle.

I love how the marshmallows melt in just enough to give everything that gooey sweetness while the graham crackers add the perfect little crunch. It’s the kind of scoop I crave when I want something playful and nostalgic, and it never sticks around long once everyone knows it’s in the freezer.

Servings: 1 Ninja Creami Pint

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (240 ml) whole milk
  • ¾ cup (180 ml) double cream (heavy cream)
  • ⅓ cup (70 g) confectioners’ sugar
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 2 graham crackers – crushed
  • 2 tbsp mini marshmallows (or 2 large marshmallows)
  • 2 tbsp chocolate chips

Instructions:

  1. In a jug or bowl, whisk the whole milk, double cream, sugar, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract until smooth and the cocoa has completely dissolved.

  2. Pour the mixture into your Ninja Creami pint, stopping just below the fill line.

  3. Freeze on a level surface for 24 hours until fully solid.

  4. Once frozen, remove the lid and place the pint into the Ninja Creami. Run one cycle on the Ice Cream setting.

  5. While it spins, toast the marshmallows: arrange them on a small tray and broil for 1–2 minutes until golden, keeping a close eye so they don’t burn. Let them cool slightly.

  6. When the first cycle finishes, make a small well in the center of the ice cream and add the toasted marshmallows, crushed graham crackers, chocolate chips, and 1–2 tablespoons of milk.

  7. Run the Mix-In cycle to blend the s’mores mix-ins evenly.

  8. Serve right away for a soft scoop or pop it back in the freezer to firm up.

I’ve had such a good time putting these flavors together, and I hope they inspire you to get creative with your own machine. It’s amazing how a few simple ingredients can turn into something so fun and satisfying, and once you start experimenting, it’s hard to stop. From classic scoops to fruity blends and rich, indulgent treats, there’s always a new pint to try. I can’t wait to hear which one becomes your favorite.
