A Blackberry Gin Fizz is one of my favorite ways to enjoy fresh summer berries in a cocktail. The juicy blackberries, crisp gin, and fizzy soda water create a drink that’s light, refreshing, and just the right amount of tart. It’s the perfect balance of fruity and bubbly – ideal for a warm evening on the patio!

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz gin
  • 1 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 1 oz simple syrup
  • Fresh blackberries
  • Club soda
  • Lemon wheel for garnish

Instructions:

  1. In a shaker, muddle fresh blackberries with lemon juice and simple syrup.
  2. Add gin and ice, then shake well.
  3. Strain into a glass filled with ice.
  4. Top with club soda.
  5. Garnish with a lemon wheel and a few blackberries.
