White Chocolate Frosted Brownie Hearts Recipe
Servings: 10-15 – depending on the size cookie cutters you use
Prep time: 15 minutes
Equipment
- Heart cookie cutters
- Microwave safe bowl
- Spoon
- Baking sheet
- Parchment paper.
Ingredients:
- 9×13 pan of brownies (use a box or your favorite recipe)
- 1 – 1 ½ cups white chocolate chips
- Valentine’s sprinkles
Instructions:
1. Prepare and bake your pan of brownies and allow to cool completely.
2. Use the heart cutters to cut out hearts, getting as close to the edges of the pan and other cutouts as you can to maximize your brownie hearts.

You should end up with heart-shaped brownies!

3. Arrange brownie hearts on a parchment lined baking sheet.
4. Add the white chocolate chips to a microwave safe bowl and heat in the microwave for 30 second intervals, stirring well between each heat session, until fully melted.
5. Use a spoon to carefully drip melted chocolate into the center of the brownies (one at a time), then use the tip of the end of the spoon to work the chocolate to the edges. Doing this step carefully and slowly will ensure that you don’t make a mess dripping chocolate down the sides of the brownie.

6. Immediately top with sprinkles as the chocolate will set quickly.

7. Allow chocolate to fully set, then enjoy!

How to Store Leftovers
- Let Them Set Completely: Ensure the white chocolate has fully hardened before storing the brownies to prevent smudging or sticking.
- Use an Airtight Container: Place the brownie hearts in a single layer in an airtight container. If you need to stack them, place a sheet of parchment or wax paper between layers to keep the frosting and sprinkles intact.
- Store in a Cool Place: Keep the container in a cool, dry spot at room temperature. If your kitchen is warm, store them in the refrigerator to prevent the chocolate from melting.
- Shelf Life: At room temperature, these brownie hearts will stay fresh for 3-4 days. If refrigerated, they can last up to a week.
For longer storage, you can freeze the brownies. Wrap each heart individually in plastic wrap or parchment paper, then place them in a freezer-safe container or bag. They’ll keep well in the freezer for up to 3 months. When ready to enjoy, simply thaw them at room temperature for a few hours before serving.
