Cadbury’s Coconut Boost

Boost Coconut was a chocolate bar that was manufactured by Cadbury. It was sold in the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, and South Africa. The bar consisted of an outer layer of milk chocolate, a layer of caramel and then a coconut filling in the centre.

Boost Coconut was a really popular chocolate bar that was loved by so many people. Its unique combination of coconut, caramel, and chocolate made it a delicious treat that was hard to resist. So it was hard to understand exactly why Cadbury’s decided to discontinue them.

When did the Boost Coconut first come out?

Boost was first introduced in the UK in 1985 as Coconut Boost, a coconut and caramel bar coated in chocolate. It was the first bar launched by Cadbury as the Boost bar before the biscuit Boost bars that we’re all familiar with today came on the scene.

When was the Coconut Boost discontinued?

The Coconut Boost was discontinued in 1994 and unlike other discontinued chocolate treats, so far it hasn’t made a comeback.

It’s always really disappointing when chocolate bars seem to be so popular and then they just stop being made. I’m sure Cadbury had their reasons when they stopped making the coconut bars, but I reckon thousands of people would love to see them make a comeback.
